Alpacas
Camelids that are closely related to llamas. Traditionally, alpacas were kept in herds that grazed on the level heights of the Andes. They have highly valuable fiber that we turn into socks, gloves, and many other things.
Highland Cows
A Scottish breed of rustic cattle. It originated in the Scottish Highlands and the Western Islands of Scotland and has long horns and a long shaggy coat. It is a hardy breed, able to withstand the intemperate conditions in the region.


Jersey Cows
A British breed of small dairy cattle from Jersey, in the British Channel Islands. Smaller and more docile than most dairy and beef breeds of cattle.
Kune Kune Pigs
A small breed of domestic pig from New Zealand. Kune kune are hairy with a rotund build. They have a docile, friendly nature, and can live entirely off of pasture grass.


Nigerian Dwarf Goats
The Nigerian Dwarf is a modern American breed of dwarf goat. Like the American Pygmy Goat, it derives from the West African Dwarf group of breeds of West Africa.
Freedom Ranger Chickens
A cross of multiple heritage chickens. Dual purpose birds that can be used for meat or egg production.
